Terms of Service

By creating an account or using LinkPilot (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and NoFluff Pro ("we", "us", "our"), a business operated by Gaganinder Goyal, Mohali, Punjab, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or a notice inside the application.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password with third parties. You must promptly notify us at gavish@nofluff.pro if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Each account is for a single workspace. You may invite team members to your workspace on eligible plans. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by invited team members.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Accounts created with false information may be suspended without refund.

You agree not to use LinkPilot to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harass individuals on LinkedIn or any other platform.
• Scrape, harvest, or export LinkedIn data in bulk for the purpose of reselling or sharing that data with third parties.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights, including LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access non-public parts of the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure or that of LinkedIn.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use policy, at our discretion and without prior notice.

LinkPilot automates certain LinkedIn actions (connection requests, messages, profile views, endorsements) on your behalf using your own LinkedIn session credentials. You are solely responsible for your LinkedIn account. LinkedIn may restrict, limit, or permanently ban accounts that it believes are violating its terms, regardless of whether those actions were performed manually or via automation software.

To reduce risk, LinkPilot enforces conservative default limits (connection requests are capped per day, warm-up mode is available, working hours can be set). We strongly recommend starting with lower daily limits and increasing gradually. However, we make no guarantee that your LinkedIn account will not be restricted while using the Service.

NoFluff Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way associated with LinkedIn Corporation.

We make no uptime or service level guarantees. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may experience downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control. Users on a free trial are not entitled to any SLA or uptime guarantee.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Stripe may collect payment in your local currency depending on your location and payment method.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and may suspend your account until payment is resolved.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from Settings → Billing inside your LinkPilot account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

Cancellation does not automatically delete your account or data. If you wish to have your data deleted, email gavish@nofluff.pro and we will process the request within 30 days.

All content, software, and technology in the Service is owned by NoFluff Pro or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of your lead data and content that you import into LinkPilot. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NoFluff Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including (without limitation) loss of profits, LinkedIn account restrictions, or data loss.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to NoFluff Pro in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mohali, Punjab, India.
